Rev. Dr. Kent Murahashi / Lead Pastor
Pastor Kent, known in the community as “PK,” was born and raised in Portland, OR. He has been in pastoral ministry for 40 years with assignments in Bellevue, WA; Portland, OR; Honolulu, HI; Seattle, WA, and for the past 20 years, Tukwila, WA. He also serves as Community Development and Outreach Director with Urban Impact Seattle. He received his education from Seattle Pacific University (B.A.), Western Conservative Baptist Seminary (M.Div.), and Western Seminary (D.Min.). He and Cathy, his wife of 40 years, have three grown children: Laura, Holly, and David. When his earthly assignment is all said and done, his hope is that those who knew him will be able to say that Jesus was EVERYTHING to him.
Maggie Navarro / Associate Pastor
Maggie Navarro has over 20 years’ experience in children, youth, and young adult ministry. She is an Associate Pastor at Grace Point Community Church. She is also the founder of family advocacy organization FOCUS. Besides this, she is the Operations Director for Neighborhood Transformation at Urban Impact Seattle @ GPCC. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She is working toward her M. Div. and D. Min. at Liberty University with a focus on both Next Generation Ministry and Urban Ministry. She resides in Kent, WA with her husband Julio of 28 years.
